AMSI welcomes the opportunity to respond to the Australian Government Department of Education’s National Research Infrastructure (NRI) Roadmap Consultation. AMSI is a peak body representing the mathematical sciences (which includes mathematics, statistics and data science) in Australia, across the pipeline from school education, university, research, and the workforce. As such, we are well placed to provide comment relating to the nationally significant assets, facilities, services, and associated expertise required to support leading edge research and innovation.
