AMSI is seeking an experienced professional to volunteer as Secretary of the AMSI Foundation.
The Secretary is an officer of the Foundation’s trustee company and reports to the Board Chair. The role is responsible for the Foundation’s financial records, annual audit and compliance with the ACNC, the ATO and the Trust Deed. Professional experience in the mathematical sciences, finance, accounting or business is essential, and governance experience is highly regarded.
The role takes 1–2 days a month, and Board meetings are held online.
