Note: AMSI membership is institutional/organisational. Individual membership is not offered. To find out whether your university or institution is a member of AMSI, visit our members page.
Full members of AMSI are signatories to the Joint Venture Agreement which forms the basis of AMSI’s structure and governance. AMSI’s full members are consulted for input and sign-off on the annually-reviewed business plan, and receive priority to host AMSI’s annual flagship Summer School and BioInfoSummer events.
Universities are allocated a membership category according to the university’s capacity to engage in AMSI’s programs. There are three levels which attract a proportionate level of travel funding benefit: Large Associate, Medium Associate, Small Associate.
Societies, Government agencies and Corporate members can negotiate benefits, which could include provision of short courses, discounted conference and event registration, advertising at AMSI events, and workshop hosting.
Contact the Director Geoff Prince (firstname.lastname@example.org) to further discuss membership of AMSI for your organisation.
