Australian Mathematical Sciences Students Conference

The Association of Australian Mathematics Students (AAMS) is proud to be the reviving of the Australian Mathematical Sciences Students Conference, which will be held from 4-6 December 2024 at Western Sydney University. This student-run conference will bring together mathematics students from around Australia. The conference program will include plenary talks, student talks, social events and hopefully some exciting surprises.

Note that the annual AustMS meeting for 2024 is a joint meeting with the NZMS and AMS will be held from 9-13 December 2024 in Auckland. The dates for the AAMS Conference have been set to allow students who wish to attend both conferences to do so back-to-back. Travel funding* will be available for both conferences and AAMS is working closely with AustMS to determine how best to support for students who require funding to attend both conferences.
