Detailed description
Function f of x defined by largest integer less than or equal to x. Five intervals of unit length each parallel to the x axis. First goes from (-2,-2) to (-1,-2) but does not include that point. The step up by one each time. The last is from(2,2) to (2, 3) but does not include that length.
