If you want to enlarge a drawing you have made in pen you can use a grid. Start with your drawing. Draw a grid of squares over the top of it using a grey lead pencil. Now draw a second grid where each square is three times larger than a square on the small grid.
Start to copy your drawing, square by square. Erase the pencil grid lines and you have your enlargement!
