Writing in the Sydney Morning Herald, BHP Billiton CEO, Andrew Mackenzie urges a broad ranging response to the National Innovation and Science Agenda that addresses university and industry collaboration, productivity and STEM education. As he recalls his own education and career journey, he emphasises the need to encourage women and girls to embrace STEM pathways through initiatives such as BHP Billiton’s collaboration with AMSI, Choose Maths.
